📋 Description

• Lead the Program Management function with scalable governance and delivery practices.
• Drive execution of strategic product, platform, and business initiatives.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Security, and Operations for cross-functional planning.
• Manage portfolio risks, dependencies, and resource trade-offs for quality delivery.
• Provide executive visibility into portfolio health, metrics, and recommendations.
• Lead governance for AI/GenAI and intelligent automation initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years PM/Proj mgmt in enterprise software, SaaS, or tech.
• 5+ years of people leadership managing Program Managers.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs across Product, Engineering, Security, and Operations.
• Proven success scaling or transforming PMO organizations.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI-driven SDLC, DevOps, governance and automation.
• Experience in portfolio governance, risk, capacity planning, and exec communications.
