Senior Manager, Program Management Office

📋 Description

• Lead program planning, roadmap coordination, governance, and execution for strategic enterprise
• Evaluate incoming initiatives, organizational demand, resource requirements, and business
• Partner with business and functional leaders to develop business cases, recommendations, and
• Manage cross-project risks, issues, decisions, dependencies, escalations, and resource constraints
• Facilitate governance meetings, program reviews, executive decision forums, and stakeholder
• Develop and maintain executive-ready dashboards, KPIs, reporting, presentations, and governance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Finance
• 7+ years of progressive experience in project management, program management, PMO, strategic
• 3+ years of experience leading enterprise projects, programs, cross-functional strategic
• Demonstrated experience with program governance, prioritization, enterprise planning, executive
• Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring Project Managers and coordinating complex
• Strong knowledge of program management methodologies, PMO best practices, governance frameworks
