Senior Manager, Program Reliability

📋 Description

• Own the quality management system across the organization and drive improvements.
• Build, develop, and manage a team of quality systems engineers with coaching.
• Oversee the Document Control system for documents, records, and change control.
• Lead internal and external audits; plan, conduct, and report findings.
• Lead configuration management with engineering and operations to ensure lifecycle integrity.
• Drive root-cause investigations and CAPA for systemic QMS improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in quality systems or quality engineering (aerospace or regulated).
• 2+ years of direct people management leading technical teams.
• In-depth AS9100 or ISO 9001 knowledge; lead auditor preferred.
• Hands-on with document control, configuration management, and audits.
• Familiarity with QMS digital platforms and Lean or Six Sigma.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management to senior leadership.
