Senior Manager, Project & Transformation

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex cross-functional projects from concept through implementation
• Build and maintain project plans covering timelines, milestones, workstreams, dependencies
• Lead discovery sessions, workshops, process design meetings, and steering committees to align
• Own launch readiness, testing, rollout, training, go-live, hypercare, stabilization, and
• Establish governance structures including charters, business cases, status reporting, risk
• Prioritize and sequence projects into structured programs and roadmaps, including integration work

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years leading complex, cross-functional projects and transformation programs, including several
• Track record of carrying enterprise initiatives from discovery through go-live, adoption, and
• Hands-on experience leading ERP, CRM, or enterprise platform implementations, migrations, and
• Working command of financial processes, controls, billing, and revenue workflows
• Methodical approach to prioritizing, governing, and designing processes
• Executive presence to hold steering committees and brief leadership clearly
