Senior Manager, Publisher Partnerships

📋 Description

• Build and manage a pipeline of mobile app publishers for Bidease SDK adoption
• Source, qualify, pitch, negotiate, and close new SDK partnerships end-to-end
• Educate publishers on Bidease SDK value: demand access, yield, eCPM, latency
• Develop monetization proposals using traffic, DAU, geo mix, formats, and revenue opportunity
• Partner with Product and Engineering to address SDK questions and integration blockers
• Coordinate with account teams to launch and scale signed publishers

🎯 Requirements

• Strong existing relationships with mobile app publishers, game studios, and developers
• Solid understanding of SDK monetization, mediation, waterfalls, bidding, ad quality, and app-ads.txt
• Familiarity with privacy and compliance requirements in mobile advertising
• Ability to run a full commercial cycle independently, from prospecting through contract execution
• Comfort working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Account Management, Ad Ops, Legal, and Finance
• Strong negotiation skills across revenue share, payment terms, and commercial contract structures
