Senior Manager Regulatory Affairs US Advertising and Promotion

📋 Description

• Oversee regulatory operations, including staff responsible for advertising and promotion materials
• Develop and implement strategies for promotional activities
• Represent the department in trade associations and maintain awareness of regulatory changes
• Summarize findings and distribute to appropriate teams
• Mentor and develop direct reports; ensure departmental training and compliance
• Establish relationships with key stakeholders across commercial, medical, and legal functions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science plus 7 years of relevant industry experience (e.g., regulatory affairs
• Preferred: PharmD degree plus 5 years of relevant industry experience
• Experience in complex matrix environment and strong negotiation skills
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Experience in management capacity preferred
• Experience in US Regulatory Affairs Advertising and Promotion
