📋 Description

• Support the development and implementation of Financial Crime and AML methodology to manage
• Monitor changes to AML/CTF, sanctions, and licensing requirements across all Americas jurisdictions
• Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for regulators on AML/CTF and licensing matters across the
• Identify control gaps and lead the implementation of control enhancements in AML, OFAC, and
• Support compliance oversight and testing activities and oversee internal reporting on AML/CTF
• Act as a subject matter expert for the business and management on compliance-related matters across

🎯 Requirements

• 10-12 Years of experience (minimum) within regulated financial services or payments companies in
• Experience in multi-jurisdictional compliance roles, with exposure to US requirements (BSA, FinCEN
• Deep understanding of the regulatory environment of the payments and fintech industry in the
• ACAMS or CRCM certification (preferred) or relevant professional compliance certification.
• Experience with correspondent banking, banking as a service, or Financial Institution clients from
• Strong analytical skills with experience in problem-solving and implementing compliance solutions.
