📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end make-ready and vehicle enhancement lifecycle, establishing clear ready-for-sale
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of Make-Ready Analysts, setting priorities, workloads
• Lead the vendor strategy for reconditioning and enhancement services, including vendor
• Partner with Procurement and Finance to support negotiations, evaluate build-versus-buy decisions
• Oversee program budgets, forecasts, spending, vendor costs, margins, billing, and cost-capture
• Collaborate with regional and branch operations to implement make-ready standards, provide

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related discipline required; an MBA
• 7–10+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally within operations, supply chain
• Demonstrated experience leading operational programs at scale, including standardizing processes
• Strong people-management experience, with the ability to coach, motivate, evaluate, and develop
• Proven expertise in vendor management, outsourcing strategy, contract/service negotiations, KPI/SLA
• Strong financial and analytical capabilities, including budgeting, forecasting, cost management
