Senior Manager, Revenue Operations, Customer Success

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end Revenue Operations support for the Customer Success organization, from Training to
• Translate company-level revenue and pipeline goals into clear, executable operating plans for the
• Partner with Customer Success leadership on capacity planning, headcount modeling, territory
• Develop and optimize pursuit prioritization, routing, distribution, and coverage strategies to
• Build reporting and dashboards that provide clear visibility into rep activity, productivity
• Identify funnel gaps and partner with Customer Success leadership to improve connect rates

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, or a
• Proven experience supporting a Customer Success, SDR, outbound sales, or pipeline-generation
• Strong understanding of Customer Success funnel metrics, including activity, connect rates
• Experience with capacity planning, territory design, routing, lead or pursuit prioritization, and
• Strong understanding of CRM systems such as Salesforce and analytics tools such as Looker and Hex
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into clear, scalable processes and operating rhythms
