Senior Manager, Sales Operations Go-to-Market Planning

📋 Description

• Lead in-year GTM planning operations across assigned coverage areas
• Own quota setting, proration, attainment checks, and quota deployment
• Govern Pigment model inputs, logic, and version control for in-year operations
• Coordinate with Field Operations to deliver quota/attainment data and resolve in-year issues
• Design and enable in-year operations policies with Field Ops and cross-functional partners
• Drive cross-functional coordination with HR, Finance, and IT/ET for timely, accurate planning

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Sales Operations, GTM planning, or revenue operations
• Deep knowledge of in-year operations: quota methodology, attainment calculation, exceptions, comp
• Proficiency with Pigment or similar planning tools (e.g., Anaplan)
• Strong Salesforce and BI/reporting tooling (Sigma, Tableau, or equivalent)
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and driving decisions
• Proven track record delivering accurate outputs on tight timelines; team leadership experience
