🎯 Requirements

• You have 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years managing engineering
• You have led a multi-team engineering org through a multi-year technical strategy, breaking
• You have the technical depth to guide architecture, reliability and quality decisions across a
• You make investment and prioritization decisions even when people disagree or consensus is
• You explain strategy, risk and tradeoffs in terms that make sense to engineers, cross-functional
• You have grown managers into senior leaders and built teams where diverse perspectives are included
