• Own Vetcove's major events end to end, from the first idea and event strategy through planning
• Lead our flagship customer and executive gatherings, annual company retreat, and team offsites
• Turn broad objectives into exceptionally detailed event plans spanning venues, programming
• Find exceptional hotels, venues, restaurants, speakers, and partners, build strong relationships
• Serve as the clear owner across internal teams and external partners, driving decisions, timelines

• 7+ years of experience owning complex, high-touch events from start to finish, whether corporate
• You obsess over every detail. You notice the things others miss, think through the experience from
• You've independently led complex, multi-day events and are comfortable keeping hundreds of
• You genuinely love sourcing and negotiating. You enjoy finding the perfect hotel, venue
