📋 Description

• Maintain US revenue and gross margin forecast weekly using driver data.
• Build cohort models for acquisition, deposits, trading, and retention.
• Decompose payments, fraud, and incentives to explain margins.
• Own KPI reporting pack for US leadership with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with growth/product to size markets and unit economics.
• Develop cost models for liquidity, hosting, onboarding, and transactions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in strategic finance or analytics; hands-on modeling.
• Proven driver-based financial models built from scratch.
• Deep knowledge of transaction-level unit economics.
• Autonomous, fast-moving work with imperfect data.
• Experience defining KPIs and building dashboards.
• Plus: fintech/crypto experience with payments, fraud; SQL and dashboards in Looker/Metabase.
