📋 Description

• Manage and grow strategic payments, lending, and fintech partners.
• Own end-to-end partner integrations from contract to launch.
• Lead executive reviews, governance, and strategic planning with partners.
• Align integrations and product efforts to improve outcomes.
• Represent Sezzle at partner meetings and industry events.
• Monitor partner KPIs, escalation paths, and performance issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in strategic partnerships, BD, product, payments, fintech.
• Deep understanding of payments ecosystem: processors, gateways, BNPL, lending.
• Strong technical fluency: APIs, webhooks, integration architecture.
• Proven experience managing complex partnerships and exec-level relationships.
• Lead cross-functional programs and influence stakeholders.
• AI fluency is required; actively leverage AI tools to increase productivity.
