🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience, ideally in management consulting and/or S&O, Biz Ops, or
• Entrepreneurial mindset, energized by ambiguity and 0-to-1 building
• Thrive in fast-paced environments, maintain composure amid competing priorities
• Exceptional conceptual thinker able to move from strategy to execution and make amorphous problems
• Strong bias for action, attention to detail, and high quality bar
• Well-honed interpersonal skills; able to drive results through others without compromising

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary range: $184,000-$230,000 USD for NYC/Bay Area (Tier 1)
• Base salary range: $155,000-$195,000 USD for Salt Lake City (Tier 3)
• Hybrid position with on-site expectations of 3 days per week in New York Headquarters
