Senior Manager, Supplier Enablement & Spend Conversion

📋 Description

• Build the Spend Conversion function from the ground up with strategy, criteria, engagement model, and KPIs.
• Envision a holistic approach involving Capital One and 3rd party vendors.
• Own the end-to-end vendor spend migration from vendor-file analysis to card activation.
• Partner cross-functionally with product, implementation, BD, and sales to bring workflows to market and grow acceptance data via partnerships.
• Advise enterprise customers directly, translating goals into migration and negotiation plans.
• Design a differentiated, AI-native approach to supplier enablement over legacy playbooks.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in B2B payments, supplier enablement, or vendor ops.
• Proven 0-to-1 program builder with processes, KPIs, and cadences.
• Knowledge of card acceptance and merchant economics (DSO/DPO, fees).
• Strong negotiation and influence with vendors and executives.
• Direct enterprise client experience; comfortable owning senior relationships.
• First-principles builder mindset; drive through ambiguity.
