Senior Manager, Supplier Enablement & Spend Conversion

📋 Description

• Build Spend Conversion: set strategy, entry criteria, KPIs for non-card spend.
• Lead cross-functional efforts with Capital One and vendors.
• Own end-to-end vendor spend migration from analysis to card activation.
• Collaborate with product/implementation/BD/sales to ship workflows.
• Advise enterprise customers to unlock spend with strategic vendors.
• Design AI-native supplier enablement, replacing legacy playbooks.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in B2B cards/payments, supplier enablement, or vendor ops.
• Built 0-to-1 function or scaled early program with KPIs.
• Knowledge of card acceptance and merchant economics; DSO/DPO.
• Proven negotiation with vendors; influence across execs.
• Direct enterprise-facing experience; ownership of senior relationships.
• Builder mindset; drive vision through ambiguity.
