Senior Manager, Supply Chain Planning

📋 Description

• Develop demand planning approach for strategic programs, including forecast methodology, demand
• Build supply planning processes that translate customer demand into partner capacity requirements
• Establish a planning cadence across programs, including a recurring supply and demand review with
• Define the planning data model, inputs, and system requirements; partner with Product and Data
• Create scenario and sensitivity models to test the impact of volume shifts, capacity constraints
• Set and track the planning KPIs that matter: forecast accuracy, capacity coverage, on-time delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related field
• 5-10 years experience in supply chain with demonstrated experience in building planning processes
• Advanced Excel required; SQL or comparable analytical tool strongly preferred
• Experience with managing cross-functional operations and programs
• Experience in manufacturing, contract manufacturers, or multi-supplier model
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to organize analyses
