Senior Manager, Supply Chain Protection & Loss Intelligence

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain security and loss prevention metrics, KPIs, and dashboards
• Analyze incident data to identify trends, loss patterns, root causes, and emerging risks
• Build reporting frameworks that support data-driven resource allocation, vendor performance
• Provide regular analytical reports to senior management on security posture, loss prevention
• Author, maintain, and enforce global security and loss prevention policies
• Develop and implement SOPs for key security scenarios

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience combining physical security or loss prevention responsibilities
• Demonstrated ability to manage security operations across multiple locations and geographies
• Demonstrated experience building and analyzing security and loss prevention metrics
• Proven ability to author global policies, SOPs, security plans, and program documentation from
• Experience managing third-party guard services and security vendor contracts, as well as conducting
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
