  • Required: Advanced reporting: analyze trends with Workday, Greenhouse, Visier, Eightfold; AI tools.
  • Required: Partner with global peers to align regional with global talent strategy.
  • Required: Present data to diagnose issues, enforce SLAs, and improve funnel.
  • Desired: Familiarity with Canadian and LATAM employment laws and compliance.
  • Desired: Experience recruiting for Marketing functions (Product Marketing, Brand, Communications).
