Senior Manager, Talent Operations

📋 Description

• Own and optimize our recruiting tech stack (Gem, Greenhouse, BrightHire, etc), ensuring tools are
• Identify gaps in the stack, evaluate and recommend new tools or integrations, and manage vendor
• Build and maintain integrations between systems so data flows cleanly across the recruiting
• Design and build a knowledge management system for the TA team - playbooks, SOPs, onboarding
• Keep documentation current as tools and processes change; make it the source of truth
• Partner with TA Leadership and the People Analytics team to build recruiting dashboards and define

🎯 Requirements

• 6-8+ years of experience in Talent/Recruiting Operations, People Operations, or a closely related
• Deep, hands-on experience configuring and administering an ATS (Greenhouse strongly preferred) and
• Proven experience building dashboards and recruiting metrics/reporting, ideally in partnership with
• Experience managing or mentoring a coordination team
• Strong project management skills - you can run multiple workstreams simultaneously and bring
• Comfortable operating as both an individual contributor and a people leader; you don't need a large
