Senior Manager, Tax Technology

📋 Description

• Partner with the tax team to drive process improvements and automation.
• Evaluate end-to-end tax processes and data flows for scalability.
• Support and enhance tax tech stack: D365, Salesforce, Vertex O Series, Sigma, Snowflake.
• Leverage AI to improve workflows, docs, research, and productivity.
• Support reporting, testing, and change management for tax tech initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Tax, Finance, IT and stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in tax technology, finance tech, or related field.
• Experience supporting a large multinational or complex global business.
• Strong background in process improvement, systems support, and solution design.
• Experience with D365, Salesforce, Vertex O Series, Sigma, and Snowflake.
• Working knowledge of SQL and data/automation tools; familiarity with AI platforms (ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude).
• Systems architecture and problem-solving mindset; Alteryx experience a plus.
