Senior Manager, Tax Technology

📋 Description

• Lead process improvements and automate tax workflows.
• Improve tax data flows and system dependencies for scalability.
• Support and enhance the tax tech stack: D365, Salesforce, Vertex O Series, Sigma, Snowflake.
• Apply AI tools to improve workflows, documentation, and productivity.
• Support reporting, testing, documentation, and change management for tax tech initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in tax tech, finance tech, or related systems.
• Experience supporting a large multinational business.
• Strong background in process improvement, systems support, and design.
• Experience with D365, Salesforce, Vertex O Series, Sigma, and Snowflake.
• SQL skills; familiarity with AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude.
• Systems architecture and problem-solving mindset; Alteryx a plus.
