Senior Manager, Technical Accounting

📋 Description

• Senior Manager responsible for technical accounting guidance and support for complex transactions
• Collaborate with Revenue, Fixed Assets, Leasing, FP&A, Tax, Legal; liaise with external
• Lead development of accounting policies, ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX, and
• Support financial reporting processes and respond to changes in reporting requirements (GAAP/IFRS).
• Mentor and develop accounting team members; monitor new FASB pronouncements and advise management

🎯 Requirements

• A master's or bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA designation required.
• 8+ years in leading technical accounting, including public accounting (Big Four preferred).
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, SEC regulations, and IFRS; ability to interpret complex accounting issues.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and financial reporting tools.
• Excellent written/verbal communication and analytical skills; capable of managing multiple
• Experience in a technology or software company and in-depth knowledge of ASC/IFRS standards.
