Senior Manager, Technical Recruiting

📋 Description

• Build and lead a high-performing pod of technical/engineering recruiters and sourcers
• Partner with senior engineering leaders to turn hiring needs into pipeline strategy
• Establish operating cadence: pipeline reviews, capacity planning, reporting
• Drive improvement in pipeline health, time-to-fill, and conversion rates using data
• Coach and develop recruiters and sourcers, raising execution and judgment
• Own end-to-end hiring outcomes for technical/engineering roles

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years full-cycle technical/engineering recruiting experience
• Experience leading a recruiting/sourcing team in high-growth environment
• Track record hiring technical talent (software engineers, applied scientists, etc.)
• Experience partnering with senior technical stakeholders (VP+ or equivalent)
• Hands-on experience with recruiting data and metrics (pipeline conversion, time-to-fill)
• Able to work from the New York City area
