Senior Manager Technical Services

📋 Description

• Lead the technical services team, including recruiting, coaching, and retaining Implementation
• Own escalations and resolve technical blockers such as integration failures and data sync errors
• Drive root-cause fixes with Support, Product, and R&D
• Run delivery: own technical onboarding, integrations, data cleanup, and project management
• Forecast capacity against sales pipeline and customer demand
• Build playbooks, processes, and AI-enabled automation for delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Career experience at B2B SaaS companies that are AI-forward and focused on data analytics
• Experience delivering for mid-market and enterprise customers (300 to 1,500+ employees) in
• Experience with executive stakeholder management
• Experience scaling client-facing technical teams
• People management experience for technical, customer-facing teams
• Technical depth in integrations, REST APIs, SFTP, data structures, and SaaS configuration
