Senior Manager, Treasury Operations

📋 Description

• Lead strategic treasury initiatives including expansion, FX, and cash operations.
• Set strategy across treasury programs with transparent decision points.
• Develop scalable processes for cash management, forecasting, risk, and payments.
• Run daily cash operations to fund accounts and execute payments.
• Optimize bank account structure and signatories to maximize yield and cost efficiency.
• Support SOX/compliance testing and daily collateral/workflow management.

🎯 Requirements

• Extreme ownership and attention to detail; able to see the big picture.
• 8+ years in treasury or corporate finance; multinational treasury a plus.
• Proven track record leading high-priority treasury initiatives and international expansions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with executives.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets; Netsuite/SAP/Oracle; Kyriba.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; no H1-B sponsorship.
