Senior Manager, Visual Design

📋 Description

• Serve as the art director and visual authority for Dandy’s graphic design team – setting and
• Lead, manage, and develop a team of designers, elevating craft, conceptual thinking, and execution
• Establish and evolve scalable design systems, campaign frameworks, and governance processes that
• Oversee creative execution across all marketing channels and high impact initiatives to ensure
• Own design team resourcing and capacity planning, balancing internal workloads while strategically
• Partner cross-functionally across GTM teams to translate business objectives into high-impact

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in visual design, including significant experience at the Art Director or
• Proven experience leading and developing multiple designers (more than two direct reports), with a
• A standout portfolio demonstrating integrated, multi-channel campaigns, strong art direction, and
• Deep expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma, with fluency
• Experience working in an agency or managing multiple brands, with a strong understanding of how to
• Demonstrated ownership of design resourcing and capacity planning, including managing agencies
