• Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of AppDirect's corporate website and cornerstone sales and
• Lead AI integration across the team's workflows — identifying, testing, and implementing tools for
• Drive LLM-aware content (AEO/GEO) and SEO strategy, ensuring digital content is discoverable by
• Manage and mentor a team of web developers working with the latest AI & Web technologies
• Partner with design and UI teams to evolve our component library and design system, ensuring

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading web strategy or design, or digital product management.
• Hands-on experience with common web technologies like React, Next.js, web infrastructure
• Demonstrated experience integrating AI tools into development workflows, including LLM-driven
• Proven experience with technical SEO, performance optimization, structured data, and LLM-aware
• Experience managing technical teams and driving cross-functional initiatives with product, design
• Strong communication skills, translating complex technical decisions into clear direction.
