Senior Manufacturing Engineer, Integrated Components

📋 Description

• Own and develop manufacturing and test processes for Aeon-R components.
• Improve manufacturability, assembly, and delivery; meet design specs.
• Write work instructions; conduct root cause analysis; reduce lead time.
• Partner with supply chain to manage external supplier relationships.
• Work hands-on in a fast-paced, high-mix environment; cross-functional.
• Build and lead a strong manufacturing team and projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 5+ years in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of propulsion, materials mechanics, and thermal-fluid.
• Train technicians; write process plans for complex assemblies; improvements.
• Vendor management: supplier selection, defect disposition, quality.
• Proficiency in additive/subtractive manufacturing, GD&T, and FEA.
• Experience with tooling design in Siemens NX and CAD tools.
