📋 Description

• Lead, coach and support Supervisors and Team Leads across three shifts, helping every team perform
• Take a data and process-led approach to delivering our Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Morale
• Stay flexible and respond quickly to changing priorities, making smart day-to-day decisions that
• Create short-and medium-term plans that support Manufacturing’s long-term goals.
• Build an engaged and motivated workforce through regular coaching, meaningful recognition and
• Work closely with Operations, Customer Service and Product teams to solve challenges and deliver
