📋 Description

• Strategy and planning: Work with the Marketing Manager to translate SEEK Business strategy and
• Campaign delivery: Develop, execute and optimise agreed integrated campaigns, preparing briefs
• Content and social: Create and coordinate website, social, email and customer content, including
• CRM and lifecycle: Review existing onboarding and nurture journeys, implement agreed improvements
• Partnerships and sales enablement: Coordinate relevant events, partnerships and co-marketing
• Performance and coordination: Monitor paid activity, coordinate relevant agencies and specialist

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years' experience in a growth marketing/generalist marketing role and relevant marketing
• Strong content and customer-messaging capability, excellent written and verbal English, and the
• Experience planning and delivering marketing initiatives from brief through to execution, including
• Strong commercial and analytical capability, with the ability to connect marketing activity and
• Proven ability to work autonomously, prioritise competing demands and exercise sound judgement
