🎯 Requirements

• J.D. and active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar.
• 8+ years of relevant experience at a law firm and/or in-house, with meaningful exposure to
• Strong command of advertising and marketing law, including claims substantiation and consumer
• Working knowledge of privacy and data protection issues relevant to targeted advertising and
• Demonstrated ability to draft and negotiate a high volume of marketing commercial agreements
