📋 Description

• Design across brand campaigns, launches, sales materials, and social content
• Develop visual systems, style frames, and scalable design languages
• Translate briefs into compelling, on-brand creative executions
• Bring original angles, pushing ideas beyond what’s asked
• Collaborate in a high-output studio with range and speed
• Based in Seattle, Boston, or Scottsdale; hybrid schedule

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 7 years as Art Director or Senior Designer in brand/agency/in-house
• Portfolio across campaigns, brand design, events, and digital content
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
• Deep knowledge of AI tools including Adobe Firefly and AI image/video generation
• Strong understanding of environmental and experiential design
• Ability to develop visual systems and style frames for motion
