Senior Marketing Designer

📋 Description

• Concept and execute design across brand campaigns, product launches, sales enablement materials
• Develop visual systems, style frames, and design languages that can scale across multiple formats
• Translate strategic briefs into compelling creative executions that are on-brand, on-message, and
• Bring original creative angles to projects, not just executions of what has been asked for
• Design visual identity and environmental design elements for trade shows, conferences, and live
• Create booth concepts, signage systems, stage graphics, display materials, and event collateral

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience as an Art Director or Senior Designer in a brand, agency, or in-house
• A portfolio that demonstrates range across campaign creative, brand design, event and experiential
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Deep working knowledge of AI creative tools including Adobe Firefly and AI image and video
• Strong understanding of environmental and experiential design, including how design translates from
• Ability to develop visual systems and style frames that direct motion and multimedia executions
