Senior Marketing Enablement Specialist

📋 Description

• Develop product messaging and campaign positioning for enterprise audiences.
• Translate complex capabilities into customer-focused value propositions.
• Partner with product on launches and GTM to land messaging in the field.
• Identify high-leverage market moments and craft differentiated narratives.
• Create sales enablement materials: decks, one-pagers, battlecards.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success to drive go-to-market.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience across product marketing, sales enablement and field marketing.
• Proven track record driving pipeline and revenue through events and campaigns.
• Experience supporting enterprise sales.
• Demonstrated ability to develop compelling product messaging and translate tech into value.
• Strong experience creating sales enablement materials (decks, battlecards, one-pagers).
• Familiarity with AI tools and cross-functional collaboration across product, sales, and customer success.
