📋 Description

• Unlock user growth via product offerings, content marketing, social media, and affiliates
• Manage marketing partner relationships, channel experiments, messaging, and spend
• Lead integrated campaigns from strategy to execution and measurement
• Run paid and organic testing across creative, ASO, and landing pages to grow ROI
• Own retention marketing strategies and lifecycle campaigns
• Leverage acquisition, performance, organic, and integrated marketing for growth via retargeting
• Shape Binance brand in key African markets
• Report on campaign effectiveness with data-driven recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in marketing, fintech/mobile/web3 preferred
• Execution-oriented mindset with grit and drive
• Strong interest and knowledge in crypto/blockchain/tech
• Fluency in English required
• Ability to work independently
• Marketing degree is a plus
• Strong coordination and strategic marketing mindset
• Experience with online and offline marketing like social media, community management, and events
• Proven track record of growing and managing a user base
