📋 Description

• Take high level business objectives and turn them into executable projects by interviewing
• Own multiple projects at once across coaching and course launches, webinars, book campaigns
• Personally architect detailed project plans, then translate them into clear timelines
• Lead projects across Marketing, Copywriting, Marketing Automation, Customer Operations, Events
• Drive revenue generating launches involving webinars, sales funnels, email campaigns, landing
• Manage major live events with 2.5K+ attendees, PM'ing the marketing, promotion, vendors, logistics

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of hands on Project Management, launch management, product/program management, or similar
• Experience turning high level business objectives into complete project plans by gathering
• Experience leading complex projects across multiple established departments, driving accountability
• Experience inside a creator led coaching or personal development business selling courses
• Direct experience personally managing revenue generating launches involving webinars, sales
• Experience identifying critical paths, risks, blockers, and resource gaps, developing recovery
