Senior Materials Planner / Buyer

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end material readiness for new product and equipment builds
• Translate build schedules, BOMs, inventory, open orders, and lead times into time-phased material
• Own material planning and purchasing execution with suppliers, including demand alignment, supplier
• Own purchase order creation, confirmation, delivery, receipt, and issue resolution
• Own the clear to build report by reconciling BOM, inventory, open orders, and engineering change
• Identify and resolve shortage and late deliveries before they affect build schedules

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of related experience in procurement, buying, or supply chain roles
• Experience as a Supply Chain Manager or Procurement Manager supporting contract manufacturers is
• Working familiarity with program/project management principles and practices
• Comfortable operating with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
