📋 Description

• Take ownership of paid traffic acquisition, with Meta as the primary advertising platform, while
• Plan, launch, test, and scale campaigns targeting the US, UK, and Australian markets
• Develop and improve acquisition funnels connecting advertising campaigns, landing pages, and paid
• Optimize campaigns based on commercial metrics such as cost per chat, payback periods, and 30-day
• Establish structured creative testing and scaling processes
• Maintain stable advertising operations in restricted verticals through compliant account structures

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or media buying in adult, dating, nutra
• Proven track record of managing monthly ad budgets of $100,000 or more on Meta
• Advanced expertise in Meta Ads
• Practical experience with Google Ads and at least one native or adult ad network
• Strong knowledge of performance marketing economics
• Experience maintaining ad account stability in policy-sensitive industries
