Senior Medical Information Associate

📋 Description

• Provide approved responses to medical enquiries from external customers (healthcare professionals
• Accurately identify, document and report adverse events/side effects, pregnancy and other special
• Ensure that all medical information enquiries are tracked and fully documented within the Medical
• Provide management with regular updates regarding project status and metrics concerning enquiries
• Assist in departmental regulatory inspection preparedness for the company pharmacovigilance system

🎯 Requirements

• Life science or biomedical degree (e.g., chemistry, biology, biotechnology, pharmacy, nursing)
• Healthcare professional degree is an advantage
• 2+ years of work experience in medical information or pharmacovigilance
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a call-centre environment (sales/customer Service)
• Fluency in English; additional language skills in Mandarin, Cantonese, Thai or Korean preferred
• Advanced English skills both verbal and written
