Own the commercial performance of a building's bookable spaces — from initial inquiry through
Manage inbound bookings and build outbound sales strategy.
Develop the local marketing approach and set service standards.
Track pipeline, convert leads, build relationships with recurring clients, and find new ones.
Submit financial and engagement reporting on time, including annual business plan and quarterly
Manage amenity budgets, ordering, restocking, inventory, and cleanliness of amenity spaces.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in event sales and operations
Event sales experience managing booking pipelines and revenue targets
Hospitality or venue operations background
CRM fluency (experience with Tripleseat or comparable event management platform)
Strong client communication skills
Stakeholder coordination across catering, AV vendors, building management

🎁 Benefits

Base salary range: $95,000 – $105,000
Eligible for a 10% annual performance bonus
