Senior Member of Technical Staff (Applied AI)

📋 Description

• Own the technical direction of AI systems: retrieval, generation, verification, evaluation, and
• Influence product strategy, technical hiring, and market positioning
• Ensure high-craft output in pharma assets (emails, banners, slides, leave-behinds)
• Connect generated assets to real-world performance and improve future output
• Develop offline metrics that track downstream MLR pass rate
• Implement claim-level attribution and preserve provenance through generation

🎯 Requirements

• Experience shipping, operating, and maintaining ML/LLM systems in production
• History of inventing metrics to measure and improve systems
• Depth in LLMs: retrieval, agentic pipelines, targeted fine-tuning
• Full-stack proficiency: Python, FastAPI, Docker, AWS
• Ability to take ideas from research to deployed service independently
• Judgment under ambiguity and strong communication skills
