Senior Member Support Specialist

📋 Description

• Conduct daily video calls guiding onboarding and account questions.
• Serve as go-to resource for platform troubleshooting and escalation.
• Apply accounting, tax, and payroll expertise for members.
• Guide first payroll and payroll taxes, including S-Corp payroll.
• Break down complex tax and accounting topics into clear explanations.
• Support pre- and post-onboarding questions related to tax, accounting, payroll.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of customer experience or support.
• 2+ years in accounting or taxes.
• Experience with Xero, QuickBooks Online, Gusto, or ADP.
• Strong payroll tax knowledge; S-Corp payroll a plus.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
