Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer / Technical Lead

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance CRM solutions, with a primary focus on Dynamics 365 Sales
• Deliver new functionality by translating business requirements into effective CRM features and
• Maintain and optimize the existing platform by understanding the current CRM architecture and
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to support platform stability and performance
• Support system integrations with external business applications and marketing platforms
• Participate in Agile delivery: sprint planning, implementation, testing, and scheduled releases

🎯 Requirements

• At least five years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or Customer Engagement
• Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales
• Independent delivery: proven ability to understand existing systems and deliver with minimal
• Experience working in sprint-based development environments with structured release processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex technical issues
• Good interpersonal skills and upper-intermediate English proficiency or higher
