Senior Mixed Methods UX Researcher

📋 Description

• Design and lead mixed methods research studies using a variety of qualitative and quantitative
• Own the end-to-end research process within your domain, including prioritizing & scoping
• Design rigorous surveys and other quantitative instruments (including sampling, questionnaire
• Partner with analytics and data science teams to pair behavioral data with qualitative research
• Partner closely with cross-functional team members in identifying key research objectives and
• Translate research findings into actionable insights, and strategic narratives through compelling

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in UX Research, Design Research, or Human Factors Engineering
• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Psychology, Human Factors, HCI, Anthropology, Statistics, Data
• Deep expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research, including a track record of leading
• Proven quantitative expertise encompassing survey design, sampling strategies, behavioral and log
• Experience working with product analytics and experimentation data (e.g., Amplitude, A/B test
• A portfolio or case studies highlighting your end-to-end research process and the impact your work
