Senior MMIC Design Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and develop high-performance power amplifiers, low-noise amplifiers, and RF switches using
• Own MMIC designs across the complete development lifecycle, from architecture and topology
• Develop circuit schematics and layouts for RF and millimeter-wave integrated circuits.
• Perform electromagnetic simulations of passive structures, matching networks, interconnects, and

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience designing RF or millimeter-wave MMICs using GaAs and/or GaN technologies.
• Demonstrated experience designing power amplifiers, low-noise amplifiers, and/or RF switches, with
• Strong understanding of RF fundamentals, including impedance matching, stability, noise, linearity
• Hands-on experience taking RF/MMIC designs from architecture through tapeout and measured hardware
• Experience with Cadence, Keysight ADS, electromagnetic simulation tools, or equivalent RF/MMIC
