Senior Mobile Engineer

📋 Description

• Deliver mobile features via spec-driven agentic workflows across iOS and Android.
• Design agent workflows, define boundaries, escalation points.
• Curate agent context: repo maps, architecture summaries, decision logs.
• Own delivery end-to-end: clarify requirements, research, engage stakeholders.
• Ship and maintain production apps: store submissions, rollout, crash monitoring.
• Partner with Product, Data and Design on core mobile roadmap initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong native iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin) with production apps.
• Mobile architecture: lifecycle, offline handling, performance, memory.
• AI coding tools (Claude Code) across the full development lifecycle.
• Spec-first mindset: decompose work into agent-executable units with criteria.
• Root-cause mindset: fix upstream prompts/context, not just symptoms.
• Deep care for product and commercial context.
