Senior Mobile Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead and influence high-impact, cross-functional mobile initiatives with product, design, and
• Own and evolve the architecture of our mobile applications, driving best-in-class performance
• Define and uphold organizational standards for mobile quality, scalability, developer experience
• Partner closely with design and product teams to translate complex ideas into intuitive, beautiful
• Own the end-to-end release process for mobile applications, including versioning, build generation
• Mentor and grow senior engineers through coaching, workshops, and documentation; foster a culture

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience leading complex frontend projects at scale with significant organizational
• 3-4 years of deep expertise in mobile development with Swift or Kotlin, with a strong track record
• 1-2 years of experience with React or React Native.
• Proven track record shaping mobile architecture and technical strategy for consumer-facing products.
• Experience mentoring and developing senior engineers, and building frameworks for org-wide growth
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence across technical, design, and product
