Senior Motion Designer

📋 Description

• Support the motion design language for Harvey’s brand across launch videos, product explainers, web
• Create motion concepts, storyboards, style-frames, animatics, and final motion assets that make
• Partner closely with Brand, Product Marketing, Product Design, Creative Operations, and other GTM
• Develop reusable motion systems, templates, animation principles, and production workflows so
• Scope work appropriately from polished hero moments to scrappy launch needs and longer-term
• Raise the craft bar for motion while remaining willing to do the unglamorous but critical

🎯 Requirements

• A strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling, art direction, animation craft, visual systems
• Deep fluency in motion design tools such as After Effects, Figma, Cinema 4D, Lottie, Rive, and
• Experience delivering motion for brand, product, marketing, launch, or education contexts, ideally
• A demonstrated ability to simplify complex technical concepts visually with strong instincts for
• Strong cross-functional communication skills, including aligning with global policy and feedback
